Example:

Property A, Purchasing price   = RM 500,000
You pay downpayment (10%) = RM   50,000
Bank borrow (90%)                = RM 450,000

Upon Completion (eg: 24 months):
Property A, Market Value @ RM 750,000. Now, you decide to sell it off @ Market Value.

Profit = RM 750,000 - RM 500,000 (Purchase price)
         = RM 250,000 (Before deduct: during construction bank interest (if any), RPGT, legal fee etc.)

You invested RM 50,000, to make RM 250,000 in 2 years.
It is 5x of your invested capital.
Or, extra monthly household income = RM 10,420 (for 24 months)
